May you be written and sealed for a good year. Tonight, at sundown, Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, begins. It is a holiday of saying good bye to the bad and hello to the sweet hopes and dreams of a new year. When the sun sets today, I have the opportunity to press refresh on my life and start the new year fresh and sweet. I am bringing all of my hopes and dreams together today so this will most likely be a very long blog post.

Hopefully now that these are posted for you to see too, you can help keep me accountable. I read today about how to improve your life with a few easy steps and one that stuck out was to find a positive buddy. Someone who can uplift you and remind you to think positive. It is not on my goal list because I feel like searching for one is impossible but I hope I can find one.
Over and Out,
The Girl With IBS
