Today I switched my workout schedule from Monday Body Combat and Wednesday Cycling to Monday Cycling and Wednesday Body Combat because my husband is teaching his first ever class on Wednesday. I am so proud of him! But knowing that I had to start my week with Cycling has been a less than appetizing thought.
Here is what I ate today:
Breakfast - pancakes and honey
Morning Snack - banana
Lunch - turkey hot dogs and blueberries
Afternoon Snack - peanut butter RXBar
Pre-Workout - almonds
Post-Workout - Gatorade
Dinner - Thai Pork Stir-Fry and berries
I did not drink enough water today so I am not feeling my best. That is completely my mistake and I need to focus on my water intake more. Especially when eating salty foods like hot dogs and almonds.
Cycling tonight was rough, y'all. The teacher was so intense and I thought I was going to fall off the bike more than once. But I did it. It wasn't pretty or as strong as everyone around me, but I did it. Now I am going to sleep and hope my legs are still attached when I wake up.
