My incentive for finishing last week was a Dress Up Date Night at the restaurant of my choosing. I have been careful not to reward myself with food during this challenge so the reward is a night on the town all dressed up.
The date gave me something to look forward to all day. Lately my anxiety has started taking over and I feel like I am spiraling into another nervous breakdown. Plans are what help me stay sane and Google Calendar is my best friend. Whatever helps, right?
Here is what I ate today:
Breakfast: pancakes and honey
Lunch: turkey sandwich and pita chips
Afternoon Snack: cherries
Dinner: garlic knots and dill salmon with spinach linguine
Dressing up and going out with my husband was a blast. Today marks four full weeks of no added sugar and I cannot believe I am halfway there!
