Today was a struggle. It wasn't terrible like yesterday, but a struggle none the less. Pros of the day: didn't eat any sweets, took a cycling class, and I had lunch with a new friend. Cons: today was long, I'm exhausted, I didn't get an interview for a job that was just filled, and I hated cooking tonight.

What I ate today:
Breakfast: cauliflower hash browns, sausage links, and strawberries
Lunch: half a McAlister's Club and cup of chicken and dumpling soup
Afternoon Snack: some peanut butter crackers
Dinner: Shrimp & Lemon Risotto

I am going to go to sleep early tonight and dream about walking without pain. Cycling is no joke, y'all. This was also my first class ever so my rump hurts more than I can describe. Tomorrow should be interesting...
