Every once in a while, you have the opportunity to say something that positively influences someone else. Today, I was blessed with one of these amazing moments. While eating lunch with a friend, I shared my Sugar Incentive journey and she loved it. We decided to become accountability partners and she is starting her own incentive program!
Today my only downfall was that I ate too much fried food. With my period coming tomorrow, my stomach is extra sensitive and now I'm extra bloated...
Here is what I ate today:
Breakfast: peanut butter and honey sandwich
Morning Snack: strawberries
Lunch: beef empanadas and plantains
Afternoon Snack: strawberries
Dinner: Bulgogi beef with sushi and frozen bananas

Tomorrow marks my first 7 days without sugar! That means I've almost reached my first incentive! To keep me motivated, I'm starting to plan our Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party trip. Comment below with some costume ideas because I need inspiration!
