Have you ever just felt like sloth? The world moving quickly around you while you slowly accomplish a select amount of tasks? Yes, that describes my Wednesday.
Weigh-In Wednesday: 150 lbs
Most of the day went by in a slow blur with nothing to really show for it expect that I have lost another two ounces. I guess losing ounces is better than gaining? I feel like after two weeks of exercise, my body should be nice and show me something...
Breakfast: protein pancakes and local honey
Lunch: Healthy Choice Pineapple Chicken
Afternoon Snack: Apple and peanut butter crackers
Post Workout: Gatorade
Dinner: Cherry Balsamic Pork Chops by HelloFresh
My second cycling class was much easier to survive than my first. However, I pushed myself harder than last week and barely walked out of the gym. Literally. I am glad that my workouts of the week are finished. Now I can enjoy the rest of my days.
