Getting out of bed this morning was hard. It did not help that I was surrounded by my purring furbabies. I just wanted to roll over and go back to sleep for the rest of the day. But I am an adult and that was not an option.
The majority of my day was alright, work went smoothly and my favorite co-worker returned from vacation. My period is at it's end and the sugar cravings are subsiding. I also surprised my husband at his favorite workout class. I do believe that forgoing sugar is having a positive effect on my body and mind.
Here is what I ate today:
Breakfast: oatmeal
Morning Snack: banana
Lunch: Seared Chicken & Pasta Salad from Blue Apron
Afternoon Snack: applesauce and peanut butter crackers
After Gym Snack: mini Gatorade
Dinner: Bulgogi Beef & Soba Noodle Stir-Fry by Blue Apron and an apple
Morning Snack: banana

My body is exhausted right now. I just wish I could find a way to tire out my mind.
