August 1st marks the first day of my birthday month and the first day of new challenge! My part two includes staying away from fatty foods while also avoiding added sugars. I know that if I can get through one month, I can get through two! I am also halfway to earning a night at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party!

- No Vending Machine Purchases (even chips)
- No Baked Goods
- No Ice Cream or Fro-Yo or Popsicles
- No Artificial Sweeteners
- No Soda, or Mixed Alcoholic Drinks
- No Food Truck Meals or Sides
- No Fried Foods (not prepared at home)
- No Delivery Pizza
- One Glass of Wine or Cider per Week
- No Fast Food
- No Carb Dense Snacks or Meals (i.e., bagels)
- No Cheese Based Meals (i.e., mac & cheese)
If I can follow these rules, I will earn:
Week Five = Leslie Knope Funko Pop Figure
Week Six = Snorkeling Day
Week Seven = Paint Your Pet Night at Painting with a Twist
Week Eight = Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party
I will allow myself to break one rule on August 29th because it is my birthday however, I am determined to complete the challenge!
